Somersault Studio, operates from a spectacular Victorian home in Claremont, Cape Town. The studio is owned by Justine Seymour who has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. Justine has worked with an expensive range to bodies from celebrities, amputees, hip and knee replacements, models and athletes. The Somersault team are trained to the highest standards. Whilst we have a passion for Pilates in its purist form, we are most interested in the bigger picture of movement. All Somersault teachers are armed with the basic tools of functional anatomy, physiology and nutrition and are fully trained in Pilates and Personal Training, allowing them to deal with MOVEMENT at a higher level. We teach Intelligent Movement. Our goal is to continue learning always in order to help you reach your goals.

Orientation sessions come see the studio and meet Justine for an assessment of your current ability and guidance on your path to greater health and fitness

Pilates group classes small classes with accessories

HIIT sessions (High Intensity Interval Training), short 30 minute sessions. This is the fast track to fitness and fat-burning. All fitness levels can join as exercises are modified to challenge you at your current fitness level

Personal training sessions Sessions taylored to help you achieve your goals at a time that suits you.

Pilates equipment sessions individuals or duets using the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunderchair and accessories

Yoga our knowledgeable yoga teacher will guide you on your journey in a very small group class. Limited class times, more coming soon!
